But your Account Manager doesn’t work alone. Founder & CEO Cassandra Anthony has personally selected and trained each member of the C.L.A. team to uphold the standards and approach on which she built the firm. Cassandra continues to lead and oversee C.L.A., while your Account Manager provides the consistent, hands-on support your business needs throughout the year.
Together, our team brings experience and knowledge across accounting, tax, payroll, business operations, and technology. Cassandra Anthony - Founder & CEO
With more than 25 years of experience in accounting, tax, payroll, and financial management, Cassandra Anthony has built her career helping business owners understand their numbers, strengthen their businesses, and make confident financial decisions.
As a business owner herself, Cassandra understands firsthand the challenges that come with running and growing a company. She founded C.L.A. Business Solutions, LLC as a home-based business and has since grown it into a team serving small and mid-sized businesses with accounting, tax, payroll, and business advisory services.
That experience shapes the way Cassandra and her team work with clients today. She believes business owners need more than accurate financial records—they need to understand what their numbers are telling them and have a trusted partner who can help them navigate the financial side of their business.
Today, Cassandra leads C.L.A. with the same purpose she had when she started: to provide dependable expertise, personalized support, and practical financial solutions that give business owners greater clarity and confidence—and more freedom to focus on building the business they set out to create.
Amber Wolfe - Tax Preparer
Amber Wolfe has been a valued member of C.L.A. Business Solutions since 2021. She began her career with C.L.A. as an Account Manager, working directly with clients on their day-to-day accounting, payroll, and tax preparation needs.
Today, Amber continues to bring that experience to C.L.A. in a seasonal role as a Tax Preparer. She holds a current IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and works with clients throughout the tax preparation process. Her background in both accounting and tax gives her a strong understanding of the financial information behind the returns she prepares.
Amber is known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate comfortably with clients. Having worked closely with C.L.A. clients in a variety of capacities over the years, she understands the importance of accuracy, responsiveness, and personalized service.
Amber remains a valued part of the C.L.A. team, bringing her years of experience and familiarity with our clients and processes to each tax season.
Alicia McMillan - Office & Account Manager
Alicia McMillan has been a valued member of the C.L.A. Business Solutions team since 2022, bringing more than 15 years of accounting experience to her role as Office & Account Manager.
As an Account Manager, Alicia serves as the primary point of contact for her clients and manages their day-to-day accounting needs. Her experience includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate and organized financial records. Alicia works closely with each client to understand their business and provide consistent, dependable accounting support.
Her experience and attention to detail have also led her to take on additional responsibilities in C.L.A.’s month-end review process, helping ensure client financials are accurate and complete. In addition to managing her client accounts, Alicia serves as C.L.A.’s Office Manager and plays an important role in supporting the organization and day-to-day operations of the firm.
Alicia takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients and being someone they can rely on. Her combination of accounting experience, attention to detail, and personalized service makes her a valued member of the C.L.A. team.
Kyle Ensor - Account Manager
Kyle joined C.L.A. Business Solutions in 2023 and is an Intuit Bookkeeping Certified professional who brings a detail-oriented, technology-driven approach to his work with C.L.A. clients.
As an Account Manager, Kyle serves as the primary point of contact for his clients and manages their day-to-day accounting needs. He works closely with each client to keep their financial records accurate, organized, and up to date while providing consistent and responsive support.
Kyle also has a natural aptitude for computers and technology and has become a go-to resource for the technical side of the C.L.A. office. He enjoys troubleshooting problems, learning new systems, and finding practical solutions that help keep the technology our team relies on running smoothly.
Kyle takes pride in understanding how things work—whether he is digging into the details of a client’s accounting or solving a technical issue for the team. His attention to detail, technical ability, and commitment to continued learning bring a valuable combination of skills to both his clients and the C.L.A. team.
Sharri Ross - Account Manager
Sharri joined C.L.A. Business Solutions in 2025, bringing extensive accounting and business experience to her role as an Account Manager. With an A.S. degree in Accounting, Sharri’s diverse professional background spans accounting, business ownership, management, and real estate.
As an Account Manager, Sharri serves as the primary point of contact for her clients and manages their day-to-day accounting needs. Her experience includes accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, general ledger, inventory, sales tax, and month-end accounting. She works closely with each client to understand their business and keep their financial records accurate, organized, and up to date.
Sharri brings a valuable business owner’s perspective to her work with C.L.A. Having owned and operated a restaurant for many years, along with extensive experience in restaurant management and real estate, she understands firsthand the financial and operational responsibilities that come with running a business.
Known for her accuracy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, Sharri combines her accounting knowledge with practical business experience to provide dependable, personalized support to her clients. As part of the C.L.A. team, she also brings that experience and perspective to the collective knowledge and resources available to all of our clients.
